Jody's approach combines Corrective Exercise with specialized Senior Fitness protocols. Jody doesn't believe in "taking it easy"—she believes in training smart. Jody focuses on strengthening your joints, improving your reaction time to prevent falls, and retaining muscle mass to keep you strong and capable for years to come.
